Refund & Returns Policy

At Devalok Sculptures, we take great care to ensure the quality and safe delivery of our handcrafted products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are processed for orders placed through our website.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if they are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect item delivered

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice or proof of purchase.

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our sculptures, the following are non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at info@devalok.in.
Kindly provide:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or videos as supporting evidence

Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. All returned items are inspected upon receipt before further action.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is available, it will be shipped once the returned product passes quality inspection.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be initiated. Replacement timelines depend on stock availability and delivery location.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible.

Exceptions

Devalok Sculptures reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product:

  • Is not in original condition or packaging

  • Shows signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • Is returned beyond the allowed time period
